How the model works.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Not on any plan, not on any booking, ever. Yuvo is a fixed monthly fee per property. The fee steps up in three broad bands as your venue gets busier, because a venue doing 300 bookings a month gets more out of Yuvo than one doing 40 — but within a band the price never moves, and it is never a percentage of anything. Your captains, their numbers and their WhatsApp threads stay yours.

How do you decide which band I am on?

We ask you roughly how many bookings you take in a month, and we take your word for it. There is no meter running in the app and no surprise upgrade — if you grow past a band we will raise it with you at renewal, not mid-month and not automatically. If you are near a boundary we put you in the lower band.

What does the free trial cover?

Everything, until 1 February 2027. Sign up before 31 October and you pay nothing through the winter — which in Delhi-NCR is the season air quality shuts outdoor play down anyway. We ask you to authorise a UPI mandate when you sign so the first charge lands on 1 February, and you can cancel it any time before then. We would rather you saw us actually sending you players before you paid for it.

Is the subscription billed in-app?

No. Subscription billing is on the web to keep Yuvo off the App Store and Play Store in-app-purchase tax (Apple Guideline 3.1.5 / Google Play payments policy treat subscription software as taxable, but physical-venue services are exempt). The owner app only logs in an already-paying owner.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly, no minimum term — email billing@getyuvo.com and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling drops you back to the Free plan rather than locking you out: your bookings and calendar keep working, and you can request a full CSV export at any point.

Do you take a cut of payments taken through Yuvo?

Yuvo does not charge a payment-processing fee. Payments run through your own Razorpay account (or your existing UPI / QR), so the money flows venue → player with the standard payment-gateway rate you already pay your processor.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is always yours: request a full CSV export of bookings, customers, captains, and invoices at any time and we deliver it within 48 hours. Cancelling a paid plan returns you to Free, where your bookings and calendar keep running. If you close the account entirely, data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. Does Yuvo send WhatsApp messages for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Every WhatsApp action in Yuvo — a booking confirmation, a payment chase, a fixture share — opens your own WhatsApp with the message already written for the right person. You read it and press send. Nothing goes out under your venue’s name without you seeing it, there is no message quota to run out of, and no third-party sender that can get your number flagged.

Can Yuvo generate my invoices?

Not yet. Yuvo holds your invoices, splits CGST/SGST or IGST correctly, tracks TDS 194-I, ages your receivables and gives you a GST-format PDF per invoice — but creating the invoice rows is still something we do with you rather than a button in the app. If invoicing is the reason you are buying Yuvo, say so on the call and we will set it up with you first.

Is Yuvo doing this automatically or is a person doing it?

Mostly a person, today. Yuvo never sends anything on your behalf — it prepares the draft and you press send — and some of the follow-up and tournament work is done with you by hand while we build the automation out. The price does not change when that lands; the outcome you are paying for is the same either way. We will not tell you a robot did something a person did.
